Graduate engineers will support feasibility studies, optioneering, preliminary and detailed design for tunnels, shafts, caverns, and underground structures across transport, utilities, water, power, mining, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include applying civil, structural, and geotechnical knowledge, using finite element software, resolving engineering problems, considering safe construction methods, communicating with clients and teams, and eventually leading small project elements. The role includes structured professional development toward ICE or IStructE chartership.
