Leads strategic marketing and positioning campaigns for major pursuits, translating client and market insight into compelling value propositions and win strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating pursuit workshops, managing integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and communications, conducting competitor research, tracking KPIs and ROI, managing budgets, preparing executive reporting, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across a complex professional services organization.

Supports ground engineering projects through desk studies, site investigations, geological and geotechnical data analysis, ground model development, and assessment of foundations, earthworks, slopes, and retaining structures. The apprentice will study toward a Level 6 degree apprenticeship in Civil Engineering or Geoscience, use OpenGround and Leapfrog, participate in UK fieldwork, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while developing technical and professional skills.

Lead end-to-end high-voltage substation design and technical delivery from grid connection studies and concept design through FEED, detailed design, and energisation. Manage client and multidisciplinary interfaces, quality-check deliverables, support proposals and commercial growth, coordinate resources and programmes, champion safety and standards compliance, and mentor junior engineers. The role supports major UK and Ireland transmission, grid upgrade, hyperscaler, data centre, and interconnector projects.
