Teams at The Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA)

Coordinate onboarding, L&D, HR administration and employee experience. Maintain HRIS records, organise induction and learning resources, support benefits queries, improve People Ops processes, and contribute to culture and ad hoc projects across the organisation.

Provide in‑house legal advice across grants, research contracts, commercial agreements, IP, data protection and compliance. Draft, negotiate and manage low‑to‑medium risk matters, support governance, build templates and guidance, and escalate high‑risk issues to senior lawyers.

Provide broad legal advice and document drafting for grants, research and commercial contracts; manage novel legal/governance issues; build templates, playbooks and processes; manage external counsel; support programmes, executives and functional teams while enabling fast, risk‑based decision‑making across the organisation.
