Coordinate onboarding, L&D, HR administration and employee experience. Maintain HRIS records, organise induction and learning resources, support benefits queries, improve People Ops processes, and contribute to culture and ad hoc projects across the organisation.

Provide in‑house legal advice across grants, research contracts, commercial agreements, IP, data protection and compliance. Draft, negotiate and manage low‑to‑medium risk matters, support governance, build templates and guidance, and escalate high‑risk issues to senior lawyers.

Assist day-to-day finance operations including procure-to-pay, supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and finance inbox management. Respond to supplier and colleague queries, maintain controls and records, help build internal guidance and knowledge bases, and support process improvements, automations and AI-enabled workflows to scale finance operations.

Lead execution of a £20m AI-enabled formal methods cybersecurity programme: run 8-week sprint cycles, coordinate red/blue-team testing, sharpen technical targets and assurance claims, engage stakeholders, and drive translation toward field trials, adoption, and deployment.

Lead technical delivery for a programme reducing AI hardware cost by 1000x: review proposals, benchmark hardware/software, advise Programme Director, drive project delivery, engage ecosystem, author technical outputs, and sustain cross-programme insights.
