Build full-stack product software for LabOS, orchestrating automated biology experiments across scheduling, execution, data capture, and results processing. Develop APIs and interfaces for scientists and AI agents, create AI agents and troubleshooting tools, integrate laboratory hardware through programmatic APIs, and design scheduling systems for complex instrument workflows. Own substantial product areas while working independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Own the launch and operation of Adaptyv’s London lab and UK entity. Responsibilities include managing site fit-out, contractors, equipment, suppliers, permits, budgets, hiring the founding team, establishing finance and administrative infrastructure, overseeing customer experience, and building relationships across the UK life-sciences ecosystem.

Own customer, partner, community, and programme operations for Adaptyv’s London lab. Responsibilities include customer onboarding and experiment delivery, managing strategic programmes and partnerships, coordinating milestones and stakeholder updates, organising events, supporting UK marketing and communications, and building efficient operational systems. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication, high ownership, comfort with ambiguity, AI-enabled workflows, and a life-sciences background. It is an on-site position in London supporting the lab’s 2026 launch.
