Leads the EMEA/APAC PMO and Service Delivery function, driving revenue, margin, utilization, billability, delivery quality, client satisfaction, governance, reporting, and operational improvement. Oversees resource planning, risk mitigation, invoicing accuracy, service performance, and regional consistency. Partners with global stakeholders, coaches Team Leads, develops team capabilities, and contributes to PMO strategy, service innovation, and new solution development.
