Teams at ADAM Architecture

Manages monthly billing, fee forecasting, invoicing, credit notes, project financial data, WIP reporting, and project accounting for architecture projects. The role monitors budgets, profitability, timesheets, expenses, and financial discrepancies; supports project managers and senior leadership with financial analysis and reporting; ensures billing and contractual compliance; and participates in audits. It also maintains project systems, manages financial records, and supports process improvements across London and Winchester offices.

The role involves delivering bespoke residential projects, contributing to all RIBA work stages, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. Strong communication, design skills, and knowledge of construction regulations are essential.
