Manage Acumetis office operations, facilities, suppliers, contracts, budgets, equipment, internal administration, health and safety compliance, maintenance, and workplace systems. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding support, meetings, company events, travel logistics, and office resources. The role owns workplace standards, resolves operational issues, monitors expenditure, supports employee experience, and ensures offices remain safe, compliant, well maintained, and effective.

Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on consulting support for life sciences client engagements involving patient services, market access, reimbursement, commercialization, healthcare operations, compliance, and operational improvement. Responsibilities include client collaboration, research and analysis, recommendations, project delivery, quality and compliance oversight, knowledge sharing, business development, and thought leadership. The role is contract-based and performed on an as-needed basis.

Leads Market Access and HEOR consulting projects from planning through delivery, overseeing research design, evidence synthesis, statistical and modeling outputs, quality assurance, client engagement, and strategic deliverables. Manages cross-functional teams and direct reports, supports proposals and commercial growth, allocates resources, manages risks and budgets, and develops client relationships. Provides coaching, performance feedback, and methodological oversight across quantitative and qualitative projects.
