Lead organisational change management workstreams across large SAP and digital transformation programs. Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, adoption, and capability-building initiatives. The role focuses on enabling sustainable behavioural change and measurable business value for global clients.

Leads end-to-end SAP BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing implementations, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, validation, and deployment. Translates business requirements into scalable billing and receivables solutions, manages stakeholders and delivery risks, handles escalations, and mentors junior consultants. The role also contributes to process improvements, reusable accelerators, knowledge sharing, and client advisory initiatives.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects focused on Order to Cash processes. Responsibilities include Agile project delivery, stakeholder communication, technical leadership, consulting presentations, people management, presales support, risk mitigation, and delivery across international geographies.
