Translates business requirements into scalable billing and receivables solutions, manages stakeholders and delivery risks, handles escalations, and mentors junior consultants. The role also contributes to process improvements, reusable accelerators, knowledge sharing, and client advisory initiatives.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects focused on Order to Cash processes. Responsibilities include Agile project delivery, stakeholder communication, technical leadership, consulting presentations, people management, presales support, risk mitigation, and delivery across international geographies.

Leads global RFI, RFP, and RFQ bid processes from strategy through submission. Develops win themes, value propositions, and proposals; coordinates Sales, Delivery, Finance, leadership, and subject-matter experts; manages bid knowledge repositories; ensures quality and compliance; uses AI to improve productivity; analyzes win/loss performance; and establishes scalable governance and best practices.
