Clean, polish, vacuum, and prepare customer and courtesy vehicles for collection. Report damage, incidents, cleanliness issues, and delays to the appropriate teams while maintaining high customer service standards. Follow health, safety, housekeeping, insurance, and vehicle-use policies; complete fuel and driver logs and related paperwork. The role requires attention to detail, effective time management, communication skills, a full driving licence, and the ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Manage workshop scheduling and resource utilisation to ensure efficient, high-quality vehicle repairs. Monitor output, enforce health & safety, liaise with logistics, value damaged vehicles, control wastage, and deliver excellent customer service.

Own the roadmap and product strategy for OEM-facing products, including AvantelIQ and Total Loss Avoidance. Build relationships with major automotive partners, translate requirements into product improvements, and collaborate with development, QA, UX/UI, and data teams on delivery. Define product metrics, monitor performance, support compliance, and identify automation and data-led opportunities. The role also contributes to establishing product management best practices across the organization.
