Clean, wash, vacuum, polish and steam-clean customer and courtesy vehicles to a high standard. Communicate with customers and reception, report incidents, complete fuel and drivers' logs, and follow health and safety and housekeeping procedures.

Manage a regional network of repairers to meet client SLAs, onboard and monitor repairer performance, ensure compliance and data/reporting, resolve customer complaints, and drive performance improvements through analytics and relationship management.

Travel nationwide to repair and refit panels and trim, restore accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturers' standards using body jigs, welding and smart-repair tools, ensure safety compliance, and provide one-week cover at any Activate Accident Repair site.
