Provides HR advice across Southern England and London sites, coaching managers on employee relations and people issues. Manages absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, flexible-working and occupational-health cases; maintains HR records; supports policy updates, recruitment campaigns, interviews and onboarding. Advises on routine health and safety matters, supports People Team projects, and promotes organizational values. This hybrid role requires two to three weekly site visits, occasional national travel, and remote work.

Own and evolve the claims management product roadmap, prioritizing requirements based on customer and stakeholder needs. Engage customers, represent their voice internally, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and data teams to deliver high-quality features. Define user stories, track product metrics, identify automation and data-led improvements, monitor insurance and fleet trends, and help establish product management best practices across the organization.

Own the roadmap and product strategy for OEM-facing products, including AvantelIQ and Total Loss Avoidance. Build relationships with major automotive partners, translate requirements into product improvements, and collaborate with development, QA, UX/UI, and data teams on delivery. Define product metrics, monitor performance, support compliance, and identify automation and data-led opportunities. The role also contributes to establishing product management best practices across the organization.
