Estimate vehicle repair costs, conduct visual inspections, manage daily bodyshop production and KPIs, handle customer complaints and warranty claims, prepare manual and system-based estimates, and ensure health & safety and accurate invoicing.

Manage workshop scheduling and resource utilisation to ensure efficient, high-quality vehicle repairs. Monitor output, enforce health & safety, liaise with logistics, value damaged vehicles, control wastage, and deliver excellent customer service.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET (including .NET 8), Blazor and Angular 15. Build APIs, integrate databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB), write tests, perform code reviews, optimize queries, document systems, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Manage key client relationships, develop sales strategies, identify new business, negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve account targets. Conduct market and sales analysis, prepare forecasts and reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also includes line management of a Junior Sales Executive and Business Development Manager, coaching team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Manage and optimise preferred supplier programmes across automotive paint and body networks. Responsibilities include supplier relationship management, commercial agreements, performance KPIs, compliance, data analysis, onboarding, training, corrective action plans, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates suppliers, bodyshops, internal teams, and vehicle manufacturer stakeholders to improve programme revenue, efficiency, product adoption, and supplier performance.

Perform full vehicle body repairs to manufacturer standards across multiple Activate Accident Repair sites. Strip and refit trim and panels, repair dents and minor bodywork, use specialist measuring, jigging, welding and smart-repair tools, ensure safety and report faults, and provide national roaming cover (one-week site rotations).

Produce timely, accurate monthly management accounts and P&L analysis for AAR sites; reconcile balance sheets, manage cash flow, and present results to managers and executives. Work with budget holders to prepare budgets and forecasts, support year-end audits and external auditors, drive process improvements and controls, and provide finance business partnering and support to senior finance leaders.

Review vehicle incident estimates to verify damage causation and fair costs, apply customer-specific rates, amend or negotiate estimates, authorize repair work, and value total loss vehicles using Audatex and the case management system.
