Manage the end-to-end UK monthly payroll process and provide HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include payroll accuracy, benefits administration, employee records, HR systems, onboarding, absence management, contractual changes, reconciliations, compliance, and first-line support for employees and managers. The role also liaises with ADP and Finance while maintaining confidential and accurate payroll and HR data.

Lead multiple complex aviation training projects from concept and design through certification, delivery, and in-service modifications. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, configuration, change control, quality, and regulatory requirements while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customers, suppliers, and international partners. The role delivers Full Flight Simulators and advanced training devices, provides leadership reporting, and supports continuous improvement in a regulated, technically complex environment.

Design and develop electrical hardware for flight simulators, including power distribution, schematics, wiring, panel layouts, EMC integration, testing, and validation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and project managers to deliver compliant, reliable aerospace systems. Support gated design reviews, technical documentation, troubleshooting, technology evaluation, and mentoring. Ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, schedules, and budgets.
