Drive pipeline generation across EMEA through strategic outbound prospecting, account mapping, multithreaded outreach, and partnership with AEs and Marketing. Mentor junior SDRs, maintain Salesforce data, leverage sales engagement tools and AI to create efficiencies, and consistently hit pipeline and meeting targets.

Manage customer accounts for the Achievers recognition platform, drive adoption and measurable KPIs, lead trainings and workshops, handle renewals, up-sell/cross-sell, provide reporting and escalations, and deliver customer-facing strategy and support.

Drive adoption and value of the Achievers recognition platform for assigned accounts. Set KPIs, track implementations, host training/workshops, manage renewals, handle escalations, upsell/cross-sell, and provide regular stakeholder reporting to reduce churn and grow revenue.
