Own Payments programme end-to-end, manage cross-functional delivery, track commercial performance and OKRs, drive AI/automation initiatives, support M&A integrations, and build KPI/dashboard infrastructure to inform leadership decision-making.

Lead commercial strategy and product vision for a hospitality SaaS suite, owning P&L, GTM, lifecycle, metrics (ARR, NRR, NPS), and directing a matrixed cross-functional team to drive adoption, retention, and revenue.

Partner with the General Manager and leadership to provide financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial insight. Support decision-making through financial modelling and review of commercial cases to drive long-term growth, especially within software/subscription contexts.
