Provides customer-facing information security consulting, governance, risk management, compliance, incident support, security roadmaps, policy development, audits, training, and remediation oversight. The role focuses on improving clients’ security posture through Microsoft security solutions and frameworks including Cyber Essentials, NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, OWASP, and GDPR. Responsibilities include managing the MDR service, presenting reports to stakeholders, supporting security incidents, and advising technical and non-technical teams.

Provides information governance and data protection advice to customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include completing DPIAs, maintaining policies and procedures, supporting data subject rights requests, investigating personal data breaches, delivering training, monitoring legislative changes, and advising on compliance risks. The role also supports Information Security Consultants as a Microsoft Security subject matter expert and requires strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and data protection expertise.

Own a focused portfolio of managed IT services customers, acting as a strategic technology partner to senior stakeholders. Lead QBRs, IT health assessments, roadmaps, and service improvement planning. Identify risks, lifecycle needs, growth opportunities, and renewal priorities while translating technical and service data into actionable recommendations. Coordinate internal service, project, security, pre-sales, and commercial teams to deliver customer outcomes and demonstrate ongoing value.
