Manage core People Operations across multiple countries, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leave, compliance, payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS data, employee support, and employee relations administration. Build scalable workflows, maintain a People knowledge base, support performance and engagement cycles, and improve processes through automation and AI. The role requires UK employment law knowledge, strong organization, discretion, and clear communication in a fast-growing environment.
