Teams at Abnormal Security

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for enterprise email security customers. Partner with sales teams, conduct workshops and presentations, architect tailored solutions, and guide migrations from legacy Secure Email Gateways to Abnormal AI’s API-based platform. Build trusted customer relationships, troubleshoot migration challenges, provide product feedback, develop enablement content, and represent the company at industry events.

Build and operate platform-level portal software across frontend and backend systems. Responsibilities include developing APIs and reusable React libraries, managing AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure, improving performance, accessibility, security, and observability, and driving CI/CD automation. The role also involves technical leadership, architecture decisions, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and balancing technical debt with feature delivery.

Conduct outbound calls and emails, identify prospective client needs, qualify marketing leads, develop new business, and meet sales targets. Partner with sales teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert on Abnormal AI products. The role requires fluent German, strong communication, organization, cold-calling ability, resilience, and effective use of sales and AI tools.
