Curate, source and edit photographic and video assets for print, web and social; manage and organize assets in the DAM; ensure visual consistency across brands; liaise with contributors, legal and internal teams; support photo shoots and handle image QA, labelling and rights management.

Provide operational and documentation support across the guest journey: prepare and verify confirmations and final documents, update itineraries, process guest information in reservation systems/GDS, handle guest queries, coordinate group operations (rooming lists, flight issuance, visa support), maintain internal systems, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Sales, IT and Product to ensure operational readiness.
