Lead floor operations to deliver excellent in-store customer experience: supervise Brand Reps and Stock Associates, run opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill omnichannel orders, maintain visual merchandising, manage inventory and asset protection, analyze reports, and drive daily sales.

Engage customers with welcoming service, provide styling and product support, maintain sales-floor presentation and stock, accurately process transactions, and support omni‑channel order fulfillment (in-store pickup, ship-from-store).

Lead Brand Representatives deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, maintain visual and operational standards, process transactions, support omni-channel orders, and coach Brand Representatives when managers are unavailable. They work a five-day spread schedule including most weekends and peak holiday periods.
