Finish, trim, cut, laminate, mount, eyelet, assemble, and quality-check large-format printed materials including banners, signage, fabrics, vinyl, wallpaper, and exhibition graphics. Operate finishing equipment, apply graphics to substrates, package completed work, identify defects, and meet production deadlines while following safety procedures. The role requires hands-on production skills, attention to detail, safe material handling, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Oversee end-to-end print production workflows, scheduling, quality control, team supervision, packaging, fulfillment, shipping logistics, materials sourcing, and process improvement. Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, color accuracy, and quality standards while maintaining production tracking and reporting in Microsoft Excel.

Supports accounting operations for real estate assets and transactions, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, property tax accounting, mortgage-related activities, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software in a flexible 15–20-hour weekly schedule.
