Design and implement multi-agent systems and orchestration in TypeScript to power an AI-driven video editor. Build agent workflows, interfaces between agents and the editor, plan-and-execute loops, memory/context systems, and APIs for programmatic control. Collaborate with founders and early engineers to shape product architecture, reliability strategies, and agent capabilities for autonomous editing and visual generation.

Partner with Business Associates to run 1:1s, translate client feedback into development plans, coach on performance issues, document progress, support onboarding, and lead internal people-development projects.

Provide administrative and operational support to C-level executives at startups: translate priorities into actions, conduct research and analysis, draft communications, build trackers (Notion/Sheets/CRM), support BD/fundraising/financial planning, and manage calendar/inbox/meetings while using AI and automation to increase efficiency.
