Own the revenue operations systems, data, analytics, and AI infrastructure across multiple healthcare verticals. Manage HubSpot, BigQuery, and Metabase; build dashboards, automations, integrations, AI tools, and commercial workflows; identify risks and insights; and improve sales, marketing, finance, and leadership effectiveness. This first RevOps hire will partner closely with commercial and executive teams to build scalable systems and processes.

Lead strategy, development, and scaling of AI-driven product features for clinician and patient workflows. Define roadmaps, prioritize using analytics and research, partner with engineering and clinical teams, launch and optimize features, and connect initiatives to business outcomes.

Build and run a test-and-learn growth engine: run paid and organic acquisition experiments, convert clinic waitlists into active partners, build AI-powered tools and automations for lead gen and qualification, instrument and report performance, and work with commercial teams to scale repeatable acquisition playbooks for sleep or orthodontics.

Lead and scale the Sales organisation for a Series A-B healthtech platform: own revenue, activation, retention and order frequency; build playbooks, hire and coach a high-performing team; drive data-led growth, cross-functional initiatives, and accurate senior reporting to meet ambitious targets.

Manage inbound patient leads for a network of Sleep Centres, guiding prospects from first contact to booked appointment. Conduct high-volume, trust-building conversations, maintain pipelines in HubSpot, use AI tools for outreach and follow-ups, run conversion experiments, and collaborate with clinical and product teams.

Lead Partnerships strategy and team for Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts. Own Partnerships P&L, pipeline health, forecasting, hiring, contract negotiations, and integration of multi-vertical offerings into the commercial proposition.

Lead design, build, and scaling of AI-powered features across the platform. Prototype, ship, and optimise end-to-end production systems; work closely with clinicians and customers; use analytics and user research to measure impact and prioritise work tied to commercial outcomes.

Convert inbound dentist leads, qualify needs, onboard and train clinicians, drive product adoption to activate patients, generate outbound leads, manage relationships, collaborate with sales/education/product teams, and maintain CRM records and performance metrics.

Own end-to-end research and applied engineering to build multimodal models that fuse 3D dental scans and clinical text, build 3D/2D data pipelines, design and train deep learning models (CNNs, transformers, point/graph nets), define evaluation and metrics, and move prototypes into production with robust ML engineering.
