Owner of technical post-sale relationships for strategic, complex accounts: lead onboarding and integrations, drive adoption/expansion/renewal, advise on identity, access, and device trust, mentor peers, shape processes and enablement, and represent customer needs across Product, Support, and GTM functions.

Serve as the primary technical resource for partner and channel teams, driving technical win rates, co-selling with partners, delivering enablement and demos, scoping solutions, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and feeding product and GTM feedback to drive partner adoption and deal velocity.

Technical advisor for SMB sales: support AEs by demoing and positioning 1Password products, run POCs, handle technical discovery, respond to RFPs/security questionnaires, engage developers on secrets/CI-CD/cloud/device trust, and collaborate with Product and Enablement to accelerate deals.
