The role maximizes existing MVNO performance, reduces revenue shortfalls, expands access into new countries, advises on market structures, oversees contractual service performance, manages escalations and change requests, and negotiates MVNO agreements and technology implementations including VoLTE, 5G, and LPWAN. Success requires mobile wholesale expertise, commercial and analytical strength, strategic thinking, relationship management, and knowledge of telecom markets.

The role involves managing and testing software for lawful interception, ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions, and collaborating with multiple teams to develop scalable solutions.
