Security and AI operations company Rubrik plans to invest more than £375 million — equivalent to about $500 million USD — in bolstering its U.K. operations over the next five years, and it’s picked London to serve as the site for its new EMEA headquarters.
The company aims to enhance cyber resilience for organizations all over the world through its Rubrik Security Cloud and enable trusted AI agent deployments through the Rubrik Agent Cloud. It already serves more than 2,000 EMEA customers, and the Rubrik Security Cloud became available earlier this month on the AWS European Sovereign Cloud. The move addresses demand for sovereign cyber resilience among the European Union’s public sector and highly regulated private organizations.
As the company expands in the EMEA region, it expects to hire additional talent in sales, marketing and customer support. The new U.K. office site will give employees access to amenities such as an indoor park, cafe, wellness studio and rooftop bar, and it will feature an Executive Briefing Centre for engaging customers and partners.
