Generate and qualify outbound and inbound leads for hospitality customers, build pipeline through phone/email/LinkedIn, manage Salesforce activity, progress into a hybrid full-cycle sales role owning a European territory, run discovery/demo meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate and close SaaS deals, and hit pipeline and revenue targets.

Lead on-site software implementations and training for hospitality clients, ensuring successful project delivery from planning through post-implementation. Conduct account reviews, identify at-risk customers, adhere to SLAs and case processes, and feed customer-driven product improvements.
