Manage contracts supporting planned and reactive housing investment works across a large residential portfolio. Lead Building and Project Surveyors, oversee contract scoping, procurement, mobilisation, performance, budgets, payments, compliance, and continuous improvement. Develop policies, procedures, KPIs, and reporting; manage internal and external stakeholders; provide advice on complex asset-management matters; and ensure building, health and safety, data protection, and financial requirements are met.
