Record accurate details in company systems, provide clear advice, resolve issues where possible, and collaborate with internal departments. The role requires strong communication, empathy, resilience, reliability, time management and IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems. It is full-time, permanent or fixed-term, with initial office-based work followed by hybrid working.
