Monitor and analyse site construction costs, produce cost-to-complete forecasts and variance reports, manage purchase orders and subcontractor invoices, maintain PoC revenue recognition under IFRS/local GAAP, identify/manage risks and claims, prepare financial reports, keep project data updated in Capri 2, and train site staff on financial procedures while supporting audits and commercial activities.
