Lead the Group legal function for a listed health‑tech SaaS business across UK, EU and US. Advise executive team and Board on commercial, corporate, employment, data protection, regulatory, medical device, IP and disputes. Manage small in‑house team and external counsel, own US contracting/HIPAA exposure, support M&A and listed company obligations, and improve legal tooling and AI workflows.

Manage a portfolio of Physitrack and Champion Health clients as primary contact: drive onboarding, monitor client health, support renewals. Execute outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone), qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls. Maintain HubSpot records, report outreach metrics weekly, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to resolve client queries.
