Lead Didcot Town Council through rapid population growth and local government reorganisation. The Chief Officer will provide strategic leadership, manage staff and services, ensure strong governance, navigate political complexity, engage residents and stakeholders, and support delivery of the Council’s ambitions. The role requires sound judgement, diplomacy, emotional intelligence, presentation skills and excellent management. CILCA qualification is preferred, with up to twelve months allowed for outstanding candidates to achieve it.
