Manage end-to-end customer relationships for assigned accounts across lead-to-order processes: demand signals, order execution, escalations, forecasts, and account health. Coordinate with field sales, FAEs, distributors, Product Marketing, and Operations; maintain CRM and design registration data; prepare reports and support QBRs. Provide onboarding and training for new sales team members.
