This internship provides hands-on experience in managing operational projects within Airbus's Wing Manufacturing area. Interns will support finance management, lean manufacturing principles, stakeholder management, and environmental health and safety projects while gaining exposure to various departments related to wing production.

The role involves developing flight management software for the Airbus Zephyr programme. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and coding software, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, with a focus on compliance with MISRA-C++ and RTCA DO-278 standards.

The Software Verification Engineer will work in a team to implement DO-178C Verification and Validation activities for Zephyr HAPS Airborne Software, focusing on reviewing high and low-level requirements, creating verification strategies, and performing software analysis and testing to ensure compliance and improve processes.
