Lead change management initiatives for EMEA client delivery teams and customers, including implementation change workstreams, impact assessments, strategies, plans, adoption, resistance management, benefit realization, reporting, and sustainment. Partner with leadership and project teams to align change initiatives with strategic objectives, define success measures, manage risks, and support successful transitions to operational teams.
