Lead and grow an SMB EMEA sales team (6+ AEs/AMs) to drive new customer acquisition and revenue. Own hiring, coaching, performance management, sales strategy, forecasting, cross-functional initiatives, playbook development, and client relationships to improve conversion and product adoption.

Drive full sales cycle for SMB customers (1-200 employees): manage inbound leads, run discovery calls and demos, forecast pipeline, negotiate and close deals to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly quotas. Build relationships with revenue leaders, maintain rapid pipeline growth, and consistently hit targets.
