Manages relationships and revenue growth for existing streaming and publisher clients. Serves as the primary contact, identifies upsell opportunities, resolves issues, analyzes operational and yield KPIs, and advocates for client needs. Leads onboarding, migrations, product rollouts, and workflow projects from scoping through completion while coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, reporting progress and risks, and improving delivery processes.

Serve as a senior presales technical advisor supporting Sales and Services: lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, scope solutions, produce solution designs, manage sandbox/POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and mentor junior Sales Engineers while ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation and contributing to presales process improvements.

Drive new enterprise sales of managed services, WAN, cybersecurity, internet, voice and networking solutions. Prospect, present to C-level, build channel partnerships, design solutions, close new-logo business, and manage customer relationships and territory-based account plans.
