It also partners with senior Finance leaders, develops delivery talent, and drives sustainable operational improvements.

Leads Wise’s Finance AI strategy, opportunity portfolio, initial AI deployments, governance, controls, measurement, and reusable delivery capabilities. The role combines cross-functional program leadership with hands-on prototyping using Python, MCP servers, tools, and no-code agents. It will establish production standards, manage risk and operational readiness, build a permanent Finance AI Delivery function, and scale successful solutions across Finance.

Own end-to-end pricing implementation across Wise products and global routes. Manage quarterly repricing, product and regional launches, tax compliance, stakeholder communication, and operational processes. Partner with product, engineering, finance, compliance, marketing, and regional teams to ensure pricing changes are accurate, compliant, auditable, and efficient. Identify process improvements and guide engineering teams in developing tools that improve delivery speed and customer experience.

Lead implementation of finance systems and integrations across Wise’s global entities. Translate financial requirements for engineering and product teams, coordinate implementation managers, engineers, analysts, and operations specialists, and manage projects from scoping through post-production. Ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting while supporting Accounting, Tax, Reporting, and FP&A. Responsibilities include requirements documentation, project planning, resource allocation, testing, delivery, system integration, and process optimization using LEAN principles.

Leads implementation and process improvement for Wise Platform verification. Maps complex workflows, identifies automation and efficiency opportunities, defines KPIs and dashboards, develops rollout plans, and coordinates cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and partner teams. The role drives root-cause analysis, operational controls, migration of manual processes, launch readiness, monitoring, documentation, and measurable improvements across global partner-verification operations.
