Manage scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, technical dependencies, quality, and executive stakeholders. Serve as the primary escalation owner across customers, internal teams, and partners. Contribute to PMO governance, standard operating procedures, project health reporting, resource utilization, process optimization, margins, and customer satisfaction.
