Owns project direction, plans, governance, risk escalation, executive reporting, and legacy product activities. Mentors project managers and junior TPMs, improves portfolio processes, manages technical issues in JIRA, and advises leadership on trade-offs and mitigation plans.

Lead global execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives (market/channel expansion, DTC, social commerce). Drive cross-functional alignment, program governance, change management, performance tracking, and scalable operating models to deliver measurable revenue, margin, and efficiency outcomes.

Manage end-to-end delivery of packaging and creative projects with external partner WAA. Plan schedules in Wrike, allocate resources, act as primary contact for briefs, ensure brand quality, coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals, and flag risks to keep projects on time and within scope.
