Manages scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary customer and internal contact, translates technical requirements into project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports executive reporting, mentors colleagues, and drives process improvements and internal initiatives.
