The Programme Manager will lead large-scale transformation programmes across various insurance sectors, manage governance and stakeholder communications, and contribute to business development.

Lead and deliver post-merger integration programmes across Wealth & Asset Management operations and technology, focusing on Day 1 readiness, platform and book migration, and operating model alignment. Manage agile workstreams, governance, stakeholder engagement, and embed regulatory considerations to ensure operational continuity and sustainable transformation outcomes.

Manage end-to-end delivery of wealth and asset management transformation programmes, focusing on platform implementations, post-merger integration, and advisory/servicing model changes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, run governance and RAID processes, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality in Agile or hybrid environments.
