Train and develop eBay Authenticity Guarantee (AG) authenticators: authenticate and assess trading cards, design and deliver hands-on and theoretical training, evaluate trainee performance, maintain training records and materials, mentor staff, stay current on counterfeits and industry trends, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and eBay AG leadership on vetting and recruitment. Process and itemize incoming mail and orders for the eBay team, match and count items, enter data and print stickers, manage Quickbase tickets and GCX customer service, follow eBay card condition and AG processing standards, escalate issues to supervisors, and maintain timely responses.
