Provide technical support to large GitLab customers, troubleshoot complex Linux/GitLab/CI/CD issues, perform low-level debugging, collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive fixes, create reusable support content, and mentor/share knowledge with the Support team.

Lead and grow a distributed EMEA Support Engineering organization, owning people strategy, service delivery, SLAs, escalations, regional coordination, AI-assisted tooling adoption, and representation of EMEA customer needs into product and global support strategy.

Provide high-touch support to two VPs of Engineering by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, meeting preparation, event coordination, and cross-functional logistics in an all-remote environment. Build operating rhythms, synthesize information into agendas and trackers, handle confidential matters, and partner with People Ops, IT, Security, and recruiting to keep priorities and follow-through on track.
