Drive daily sportsbook operations and merchandising across customer-facing product surfaces. Resolve escalated customer issues, monitor content, promotions, events, and odds, identify merchandising opportunities, track competitors, support quality assurance, and escalate technical or customer-facing problems. Collaborate with Trading, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to improve processes and customer outcomes. Mentor junior team members and work evening and weekend shifts aligned with the sports calendar.

Lead and define the operating model for DraftKings iGaming, overseeing Revenue Operations and Games Operations & Studio. Partner with the EVP & GM to translate strategy into measurable operating plans, drive revenue growth, ensure regulatory compliance, align cross-functional teams, embed analytics and experimentation into commercial decisions, scale into new markets, and build a high-performing leadership team.
