The Manager, Communications & Employee Engagement at Tapestry will develop and deliver effective communications to Corporate and Field teams, lead store operations initiatives, and drive employee engagement across multi-brand teams. Responsibilities include developing communication plans, engaging with employees, reporting on key metrics, leading townhalls, supporting internal and external communications, and managing crisis communications. Additionally, responsible for driving store effectiveness, gathering feedback, creating standard operating procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders.

The Brand Ambassador (BA) represents Tapestry brands and drives sales and service within a Department Store. Responsibilities include tracking sales targets, delivering brand training, ensuring seamless customer experience, implementing visual merchandising directives, and managing daily product deliveries.
