Lead government affairs and public policy for the UK, Nordics, and Benelux. Build and manage relationships with defence and regulatory stakeholders, monitor policy and procurement, advise senior leaders, support market-entry and capture efforts, prepare briefings and position papers, and coordinate public consultations, trade association engagement, and risk management related to export controls and defence procurement.

Lead and execute a Europe-wide external communications strategy, secure top-tier media and thought-leader engagement, manage customer reference programs, build and lead a multi-country communications team, and advise regional leadership on reputational risk, crisis readiness, and policy-aligned messaging for defense and AI/autonomy technologies.
