Lead EMEA partner marketing for cloud service providers and channel partners: design and run webinars, demand-gen, enablement, events, and social campaigns; coordinate cross-functional strategy and field alignment with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure; measure and report ROI and OKRs; present results to leadership; and build Datadog’s EMEA presence at major partner conferences. Requires hybrid office attendance and some travel.

Design and run EMEA field marketing and event programs to drive pipeline and opportunities. Partner with regional sales to deliver workshops, executive events, partner events, and promotions. Track program performance, create best practices, manage sales enablement for global events, and ensure brand consistency.

Plan and execute regional field marketing programs (campaigns, ABM, events) to drive pipeline and brand awareness. Own program outcomes and budget, evaluate sponsorships, align with Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Communications, manage on-site event logistics, track and report performance metrics, and act as regional field marketing lead while expanding remit over time.
