Provides legal counsel to Wells Fargo’s global Banking team across EMEA and APAC. Advises on general banking, lending, asset-based lending, receivables, trade finance, payment services, transaction documentation, regulatory matters, product development, and risk mitigation. Collaborates with business lines, compliance, risk teams, external counsel, regulators, and global banking lawyers while managing legal workflows, priorities, approvals, and legal spend.
