Provide legal advice across UK and EMEA on payments, banking, consumer protection and commercial matters. Draft, structure and negotiate contracts with bank partners, platforms and enterprise customers. Support product launches, license applications, API integrations, templates, process improvements, training, and mentoring; assess regulatory and operational risks and collaborate with global legal and business teams.

Lead first-line product compliance for Wise Assets, advising Product and Operations on UK securities regulation, performing regulatory analysis for new features, identifying and remediating regulatory risks, and shaping compliant product design and third-party interactions. Embed within the product team to translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and mitigation actions.

Provide strategic legal advice on employment law issues, draft employment contracts and policies, support employee relations, and oversee disputes and tribunal cases.
