Provides privacy and data protection counsel for Mastercard’s blockchain, digital assets, crypto payments, stablecoin, fraud, and emerging payment initiatives. Advises on GDPR, UK GDPR, international data transfers, privacy impact assessments, privacy by design, contracts, DPAs, regulatory developments, compliance controls, and business integrations including BVNK. Partners with product, compliance, security, regulatory, and legal teams to enable compliant product development and operations.

Leads Mastercard’s global antitrust and competition law compliance policy. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, designing controls, monitoring compliance, developing training and communications, reporting to senior stakeholders, managing regulatory investigations, evaluating products and technologies, and improving processes through technology and AI. Advises senior business leaders and partners across legal, compliance, HR, and business teams on US and EU competition law requirements.

Leads Mastercard’s strategy for complex UK and European antitrust and commercial litigation, including class actions. Advises senior executives and boards on legal, financial, reputational, and business risks; manages external counsel, litigation budgets, teams, and a significant docket. Oversees e-discovery and litigation data governance while partnering with communications, investor relations, and executive leadership on external messaging and strategic matters.
